Clint

My business partner, Clint, and his wife, Tosia, just had a BEAUTIFUL baby girl in Mid-July. They named her Charisma Scarlett. (great name, eh?) And as today is Clint's birthday, I thought I'd share the greatest birthday gift he'll be getting this year.

The biggest gift I have received is that the family has asked me to be the Godfather.
And yes, of course it was an offer I couldn't refuse.
Congratulations Clint and Tosia.
All Things Possible,
Chris

Virtual sweet smelling bright flowers to Sue, to Ufuk with best wishes for your birthday and for everything, to Amy (welcome!), to Ute, Angi, Jaschenka (i'm sure you all have a lot of fun at the Castelfest).

Dearest Sue thanks so much for your always sweet lovely thoughts and words; i appreciated them so much! Yes, as you and Ufuk said, writing or not, i'm always here with you and always think of you!
I loved reading quotes and thoughts written by all members of this wonderful family; thank you! Best greetings to Dave, Tim, Patrick, Matt, Tom!

Congratulations to the proud parents on the safe arrival of Charisma Scarlett. She's beautiful. May her life be filled with wonder and success. (why do I feel like one of the fairies in Sleeping Beauty saying that?)

Congrats also to Chris on being the Godfather. I just know you'll be great in the role.

Love and Bright Blessings to all of you.

    Angi

    Hi everyone!

Well, Chris...sounds like you've become kind of a father figure to your fans...could some of that derive from your father role on GOTJ2?
Just a thought! I agree with the consensus among the forum family....you'll make an awesome "adopted dad"!

Alex...thanks for the virtual friendship flowers and beautiful thoughts...and your always inspiring words. We're all connected here, I believe, for a purpose. One of the best things about the forum is the love and support you feel from everyone, no matter where on the planet each of us calls home. Wishing you well in Italy! And to anonymous in Caracas!

Clint and Tosia...heartfelt wishes from a mom. Your lives will never be the same, but being a parent is one of the most enriching experiences in the world. Wishing you All Things Beautiful through the "wild and wonderful" years ahead with your Charisma Scarlett!

May all enjoy a beautiful ATP weekend! Sue

Thanks to everyone for their very kind wishes on the birth of Charisma. She's a month old on Tuesday - time flies.
Now, everyone help me to PUSH Chris into coming to Australia so he can actually SEE the baby :) There's only so much of a bond he can make with her via photographs, don't u agree? ;)
    Peace! Clint

Hello again everyone...yes Clint, virtual dads can only do so much! Guess you'll have to make a movie Down Under soon. Meanwhile, I'm checking back here to see if anyone has viewed the annual August meteor shower. It's tonight, my husband just informed me. On that note, showers of blessings to all, and peace to the Morris family too! Sue
Oh yes, Ute, Jaschenka and Angi... we want to know all about Castlefest!

    Hello dear Forum Family!

...and a special warm welcome to the latest little addition here: Charisma Scarlett, welcome to the world. I wish you sweet fairy dreams and lots of prosperity in this journey of life! Congrats to the proud mom and dad of course as well and last but not least to you, Chris. I can only agree with Clint- what better excuse could you want for a trip to down under?!

Angi- good to see you somewhat survived Castlefest and made it back here *wink* It's been great having you and Ute over and I miss you ladies already!!
Sue- Thank you for the wonderful present you send me. I can't even begin to tell you how much fun we had at Castlefest. Meeting up with friends, great (music) performances, costumes, a very special saturday evening spiritual touch and much much more.

Here's a couple of links I'd like to share because pics say more than words sometimes. A few movieclips from our friend Dawn from Michigan (!!). Don't miss the amazing magician up on stage there with Omnia; he was so good.

And one of my own favourites for all the Shakespeare fans. A performance of The Raven by Omnia.

Hope this somehow makes you feel you joined the fun. There's a pic out there somewhere with Ute, Angi and me on it- Angi, any chance of getting that on here?

It's been an amazing two weeks for me in many ways, not in the least because I started a new job yesterday and it's very much something I love doing. Hope you all find yourself with fun challenges this week!
Festive greetz and elven blessings everyone. Be Inspired!

Hi everyone...enjoy the last lazy days of summer!

To Amy - Thanks for thinking of all of us as your friends! And thank you for the blessings!

Jaschenka - Castlefest sounds like a supernova wonderful way to gather with friends and have fun! We have a Renaissance Festival here in Michigan each Sept. I've always been going to go. Maybe it''s similar? I imagine you love the costumes! Looking forward to seeing some of them someday. Perhaps your new friend Dawn will join the forum. New fans are welcome! Best wishes in your new job. Greetz to you too and wonderful dragonfly dreams!

Thinking of life's challenges...A friend of mine gave me a book a couple of years ago when my mom was ill and wheel-chair bound. Christopher Reeve's "Nothing is Impossible." That gesture of a compassionate heart moved me very much and helped me navigate a very turbulent time. I especially love the message at the end: "When the unthinkable happens, the lighthouse is hope. Once we find it, we must cling to it with absolute determination......When we have hope, we discover powers within ourselves we may have never known -- the power to make sacrifices, to endure, to heal, and to love. Once we have hope, everything is possible. We are all on this sea together. But the lighthouse is always there, ready to show us the way home."

Today at my hairdresser's the quote someone wrote on the salon bulletin board was one I thought you'd all enjoy:
If you want to find the rainbow, you have to put up with the rain."

My gratitude to everyone on the forum for helping us look for the ATP rainbow after the rain! Sue

    Hey All

Happy mid August. Where has the summer gone? I have been so busy that I have had little chance to notice it's passing.

    Clint/Tosia

Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful daughter and Chris, thanks for sharing the picture of your God Daughter.

Everytime I see a picture of a little baby like that, I really get paternal urges. To cure that, I go to Walmart or Target where the poster children for birth control are racing around, screaming at their parents, and swinging from the shelving units. My parental feelings quickly disappear but just to make sure, I head for the pharmacy for a little extra guarantee.

I really do like kids but we never, by choice, had them. We chose to raise dogs instead. I like the whole idea of leashes and crates. Perfect training tools...if you get my drift.

Hope everyone has a great rest of the summer, what is left of it. Cool nights are right around the corner and I for one, can't wait.

    Tim
