Happy Haunting everyone! Chris, I had a feeling you'd be sending Halloween wishes. Was just going to post a note about that, so glad to see the dramatic backdrop for these posts! And was going to wish Dave a fun time with trick or treaters. If anyone did have an opportunity to dress up, hope they'll share it here after. I join other forum friends in imagining the fun with Jaschenka's Belle costume for Chris! BTW, when you log on here, it says choose an identity. Hmmmm. Well, guess I'll just be me on Halloween today. And tomorrow happens to be "All Saints Day." Gives you something to think about too. A time to reflect, in gratitude, on all the "saints" in your life. Also wanted to post that I'll still send a bit about Clayton, Chris...if you want. As for your trip topic...we enjoyed that trip up north in Michigan and this weekend will travel to Toronto for a wedding, where our son will be best man. His best friend from childhood is getting married to a Canadian. That's just a five hour trip. Had a great weekend there last year, and look forward to seeing more of that wondeful cosmopolitan city. All things beautiful to you all for the Halloween and All Saints celebrations....Sue
I dressed as I usually do on Halloween that being in my over sized Herman Munster t-shirt. I do this every year when passing out candy. This year I bought Twizzlers for the kids. I hate twizzlers with a passion (almost as much as brussel sprouts) so I thought it would be the best choice in case some were left over. Well, I have a whole bunch of Twizzlers if anyone is interested. We didn't get a single knock on the door. I felt like the Maytag repair man. I'm not sure where all the kids went but they didn't make it to the end of my block. Oh well, I'm not sure that Twizzlers are made with any organic matter anyway so I'm sure they keep until next year. I'll go stick them in the garage.
No trick or treaters for me this year, I just got back from a business conference in Las Vegas and spent Halloween there. Surprisingly, Halloween in Las Vegas looks pretty much like October 30th in Las Vegas (costumed party goers where out the entire time I was there).
Saw a couple good shows though, Cirgue Du Soleil's "Ka" and "Zumanity" as well as the comedian Carrot Top. Enjoyed them all but Carrot Top was the surprise as I wasn't sure if I would like his show, but I did.

I hope everyone else's Halloween was good!
