By the way, Catrina, what time of year did you go to Calabria? And, as I believe you are a native to Italy, what is the best time to travel there?
My girlfriend and I went to Italy this past March and we LOVED it. It was a bit rainy but not too crowded with tourists. It is a magnificent country!!
What are some places everyone who visits your country MUST SEE?

Hello Caterina! I love your sunset over the sea photos! I enjoy taking pictures of sunsets, as well...and especially over the water. So peaceful. Here we're surrounded by the Great Lakes, with ample opportunities to take in such beauty. My husband and I were at Lake Michigan recently. It's amazing to see how many people come to the shore at sunset, to get recharged by such a spectacular sight as in your photos. Thanks for sharing them! MBP

I'd like to answer to MBP (sorry for my english!!;P): thanks so much! the photos in this site are only a little part of the balcony's orizont: more of one time, the photo was too little for all the sunset and I was so afraid to leave a part of it. Even the dawn was so enchanted, but the sky's shadings was blu and purple... :) I've never seen lake michigan, but I'm sure that it is great and, moreover, I think that it was great live the sunset whit the person that you love...so romantic... See you...ops! "Read" you soon!!!

Hey Chris!!
I went to Calabria at August (all the month) and the warm of summer (sometime too much) is the perfect time to see it (or to see whatever italian sea place): warm, hot sun, wonderful sea and total relax!! I'm so happy to know that also your girlfriend loved Italy. I know: March is one of the month more rainy and windy of the year! Yes, I'm glad to admit... I'm native to Ialy! (a little patriotic?!) ;)
Eehh....what places... good question! All the Italy would go to seen! There are big differents from north to south, from big city like Milano, Torino, Venezia, Roma, Messina, Firenze (I love it so much whit Venezia) to the sconfinate and coloured campaigns! they change color about in what seasons are they!!
In my opinion, the seasons that I love it's autumn (even if sometime it's rainy); if you love the sunny day, the perfect period is from May to half June. Winter it's cold and sometimes it's snowy, but walk in the centre of Milano or Rome under the snow it's so beautiful!
If you need more information, I'm here!!
Big Kisses!!!
