New!

Happy NEW Year!

As I hope you have already noticed, we are celebrating here at christophershowerman.com with an awesome new feature - LAST COWBOY Audio Script! We are giddy with excitement and are offering it to all my friends absolutely free! (I love free!) If you somehow missed it, check under MEDIA and click on LAST COWBOY. As you can see, there was a massive team that helped me make it a reality. This is a script I wrote and produced in audio format. Kurt Ahrens at the Ahrens Design Group and Nathan Prenovost at Mandatory Chaos helped make it available on this site to you. I hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think!

So, what will be NEW for you in 2006? Any new resolutions, commitments, goals or plans?

Have a spectacular NEW year in which all things will be possible!

ATP!
Chris

    Happy New Year, everyone!

First of, thank you Chris, for that wonderful audio script "Last Cowboy", I enjoyed it very much!

I only have one resolution for 2006: to be a little more selfish. After a lot of unsatisfactory incidents this past year my best friend and I have made this resolution together. It'll be intersting to see how well we will do at that!!

    All the best to everyone.

I also enjoyed "the Last Cowboy." Though I will admit it took me a little bit to get into it, but I think that's mostly because I have forgotten how to listen - being so used to visual media (movies, television) I think is part of it.

My new year is shaping up to be a busy one. In addition to directing at my community theatre, I have another story or two in the works and have some trips already planned. New York City in May to see a couple of shows and at least one business trip to San Diego, CA which I am sure I will be able to extend by a couple days.

Along with this are the usual resolutions - lose fat, gain muscle, somehow regrow the hair on my head (ha!).

    Happy New Year to everyone!

    Happy New Year everbody!!

Chris, you already know I loved your 'Last Cowboy', but I can't compliment you and the rest of the crew enough on that. I love to put in my earplugs and listen to music when I'm drawing, but this is a nice change and I'm sure I'll listen to it many times more. Thank you so much for sharing that.

No solid new years resolutions for me, I'm pretty happy with the way I'm leading my life now. Doesn't mean I don't have my dreams, expectations & goals though.. What would we be without them, right?! :)
    Elvish greetz to all!

    Be Inspired!!

WOW! You guys are the best!! Thanks all for checking out Last Cowboy and your wonderful comments. I know it is a time commitment as it is full feature length so it means a lot to me that you all made it through.

Thank-you MPB, may the force also be with you!

UTE - great resolution! You know, if you're not feeling taken care of, it is tough to make a positive difference in the world. I think that being selfish (to a point) can actually be a very responsible choice.

Dave, I don't know what to tell you about the hair, but bravo on the fitness goals. Mounting a huge show like you are and keeping to a fitness regime can be a challange, but in the end the sturcture and added energy you'll have will actually make it easier I believe!

Jaschenka - thanks for taking me (and the cast) along with you while you draw. I like your take on dreams and what would we be without them. I'm not sure I would be very motivated to get out of bed in the morning if I didn't have all these exciting dreams and goals and things I'm looking forward to driving me out into the world! Thank heavens for the things we do not yet have for they are the destination that creates the journey!

Chris, thanks for introducing us to your Last Cowboy script! I'm enjoying it, now that I have it downloaded, very much. But my question to you is, are you planning to make this into a movie? I'm sure you will keep us all posted. But I'm putting my vote in. This would be a spectacular "moving picture"!!! Meanwhile, it's fun to use our imagination with the audio version. And your cast is fabulous. Best wishes for your project!

    Hey Sue!!

What a wonderful question! Well that is exactly why we made Last Cowboy audio script - as a stepping stone to get the film made. Since it has been up on the website, two different Hollywood directors with great track records (sorry, I can't name names here) have asked to see the script. Keep your fingers crossed!! I'll definitely keep you all posted.

    Are you gay?
Can I make love to you?
If all things are possible, is that possible too?
    Just wondering.

Thanks Ute! I appreciate the good thoughts.

Thanks for joining in, Bruce!! Sorry but I'm not gay. And yes, All Things are Possible and you should definitely be loving to all the folks that you meet, regardless of their nature and beliefs.
