Fall Back!

Don't Forget to FALL BACK this weekend!

If you're in a place where they employ Daylight Savings Time, well, that time has passed.  So be sure to set your clocks BACK one hour Sunday morning at 2 am.  And if you're up at 2 am, then you'll probably appreciate the extra hour of sleep!

All Things Possible,
Chris

Anytime anyplace is a good hour to get extra sleep.

    To Chris and forum family,

Since we all know you'd remind us about the time change, I checked for a new post. Thanks!

Wanted to share this quote I happened upon recently. A wish for all the ATP dreamers...

"At first dreams seem impossible, then improbable, then inevitable." -- Christopher Reeve

When the days are shorter, and the nights of autumn-winter are longer,
those are beautiful words to take to heart.

Also, sending prayers for anyone affected by Hurricane Sandy or with loved ones out east. Another storm's on the horizon. May all be well.

    ATB blessings everyone, Sue

Everything in life is so automated now. I use my cell phone as an alarm clock and it changes itself and about the only other clock I look at is the one on this computer screen. It also changes itself. If it were not for little reminders like Chris's about the time change, I doubt that I would ever pay attention to it.

I do appreciate the extra hour of sleep tonight - and that I can go back to getting up on time in the morning. It seems my body never really adjusts to springing forward but can handle falling back just fine!

PS - and for the record, I won't be awake at 2:00 AM Eastern. I did too much yard work today to stay up late.
