There are no limits, only plateaus!

ATP No Limits wishes to the forum family! Apparently had tab open frin awhile back; was closing down Google tabs and saw this just now. Glad I discovered new post and this is a great one to find today:) Thanks! Hope to hear some updates soon. Forum is way too quiet, even for summertime. Forgot to mention it was wonderful to see Chris and Natasha at the birthday celebration for Frank McKowen. Wow, a month ago already. Hoping it won't be six more years in between sightings, though! :) All is well with the forum family chiefs, and hope to share a photo on Facebook (I'm at a turtle pace as usual)sometime soon. Hope everyone's summer is so spectacular, and you're having so much fun, you forget to check in here once in awhile:). ATB to all and look forward to your postings. Here's to ATP and beyond! I wish I could say that I'm having a spectacular summer but unfortunately my father has been having some major health issues (he's on the mend now)but I have been busy as usual and just finished directing a show. Now it's time to rest for a bit (not counting work, of course) before going on to the next adventure.

Love the quote by Lee Chris! Thanks for posting it.

PS - I agree with Sue, it's way quiet around here these days.

Dave, good to hear from your corner of the world! Hope to hear more about your shows coming up and sending blessings to your family. Glad he's on the mend. Hope all's well with all your projects.

Everyone seems to have disappeared this summer. Even all the people I'm supposed to be keeping in touch with for the Intuitive Heart Discovery program. I think we need the summer hiatus to sink back (try! if circumstances allow), relax and ride the waves. LOL. First of August is late summer, early fall, so they say. Is this where you say, "Stop the world, I want to get off?" We probably would like to...and stay in this summer place for awhile :) --

Meanwhile, did I detect Alex on that previous post? Awesome to have your voice back here on the forum, Alex. Now for some of those girls who are off to Castlefest :) And, I do believe Ufuk's birthday is coming up.

So, Dave, Chris, Alex... how do we liven things up here? Maybe some new voices will chime in. LOL, Chris. I was reading again the quote and had to smile, as it makes me think of plateaus on weight management plans, too. So maybe you could call ATP and having no limits, a heart and soul management plan :). -- ATB to all, Sue

Yeah, a bit of Bruce Lee encouragement is JUST what I need this Summer! I personally am looking forward to Fall and Winter--it hasn't been that stinkin' hot(like typical Summers here) in midstate N. C. this year, but THE RAIN! Dang, it just never stops! Mold everywhere! Weird little brown centipedes apparently fair well in the monsoons, and are crawling EVERYWHERE--throughout the house despite all efforts to keep them at bay!~ They get in all the cupboards, dishes, clothes, towels, toilet paper--EVERYTHING! At least they don't sting or bite! But speaking of which, mosquitoes, biting flies, gnats, and no-seeumz are HORRIBLE this year here! Flea populations are exploding, too. At least the ticks and chiggers are no worse than usual. I'm kinda feeling like an Egyptian in Mose's time around here with all the plagues and whatnot! I'm ready to complain to that thar stubborn Pharoah! Combine the plagues with a bad visit to the doctor(yes, I finally broke my 30 year record doctor-avoidance-policy)-nothing terminal(so far)--but a slap of aging reality--and then THIS MORNING a STOOOOPID fender bender coming to work--of all the motor accidents I've been in(considerable), this is the FIRST time it was 100% MY FAULT! And it WOULD be a little red very expensive sports car! STOOOPID!(but at least no one was hurt...) Yeah, Sue, I bet you're wishing I'd just kept quiet now! Not a fun Summer AT ALL fer moi! But hey, it'll pass, and I'll have FUN again, no matter what! ALWAYS count yer blessings--I gotta HEAP of them!.....L.B.

    Hi everyone...
My internet connection has been intermittent a lot lately and I can't zoom down the online highway as I wish! So I am missing or being late on connecting...such as here.
You don't realize how much your life is intertwined with technology until. Like a personal power outage :) when I don't have good internet. (Unless, of course, it's MY choice not to have it when I want to escape it and get away).

On the contrary, Lane, I LOVE your postings. I always feel energized after I read them because you share so much enthusiasm...even if it's stuff you don't like! :)

Hope all is well and not so hot and muggy and buggy this week...but it sounds like summer is trending wet in the south. I'm glad that hot and humid spell we had has gone for a bit. Maybe Dave and Tim might agree with that :)

And thanks for reminding us to count our blessings....Here's sending back ATP blessings to all!
    Sue

PS I saw an email note about Ladybug, so hope to hear an update.
