The King's Speech

Attention Movie Fans!

When looking for a movie to go to this holiday season, if you get the opportunity, don't overlook this amazing work starring Colin Firth, Geoffry Rush, and Helena Bonham Carter.

I'll admit that it's not my typical cinema fare (no explosions or giant robot monsters) but I needed to watch it so I could vote on it for the SAG awards coming up. I am happy to report is my favorite movie this year. Granted, there is still a few days left in the year and several films that I haven't seen yet, but this movie was awesome in it's direction, performance, and message.

A powerful message based on a true story about overcoming fears and setbacks, surrendering ego to relationships, and the teachers and mentors upon who's shoulders we all stand.

Have a wonderful holiday season.

All Things Possible,
Chris

PS: Thanks for all your lovely holiday thoughts you posted on the last blog! If you have time please repost them here as they were so quickly obscured by this new post. THANKS!!

Fat-Head

Hey All!

Here is another great offering from another one of my infinitely talented pals. If you ever saw the movie Super-Size Me and perhaps had some niggling issues with some of the numbers proposed as facts, or even if you're just interested in the real science of health in society today, check out my buddy Tom Naughton's movie Fat Head!

He's insightful, entertaining, funny, and really really smart. And best of all, you can watch the whole thing FOR FREE on HULU!!

Check it out:

Be careful! You might have to relearn some stuff you thought you already knew!

Chris
